Return and Refund Policy

At Borges Atelier, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If you need to return an item or report a problem with your order, please check the conditions below.
Right of Return
If your order was delivered within the European Union, you have 14 days from the date of receipt to exercise your legal right of withdrawal.
For all other markets, our return policy also allows you to request a return within 14 days from the date of receipt.
For a return to be accepted, the item must:
- Show no signs of use;
- Not have been washed;
- Have all original tags attached;
- Be returned in its original packaging.
Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, except when the item is defective, was damaged during shipping, or was sent incorrectly.
How to Request a Return
To start a return, email us at borgesateliersupport@gmail.com with:
- Your order number;
- The reason for the return;
- Photos of the item, if it has a defect or damage.
Once we've reviewed your request, we'll send you instructions to complete the process.
Refunds
After we receive and inspect the returned item, we'll let you know if the refund has been approved.
If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method. The time it takes for the amount to appear may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order.
Whenever possible, include photos of the item and packaging so we can review the issue and offer the best solution as quickly as possible.
In these cases, return or replacement shipping costs will be covered by Borges Atelier.
